Job Description
We’re looking for a System Analyst who cares about Product, Engineering, and Delivery. Someone who helps turn ideas into well-shaped, feasible, production-ready solutions.
This person will take ownership of clarifying requirements, proposing solutions that balance business goals, technical feasibility, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, maintainability). They’ll work closely with Product to define what can be built and how, and with Engineers to minimize the time spent on back-and-forth clarifications or incomplete specs.
The right candidate will:
- Translate high-level product ideas into clear, structured requirements
- Propose solution options with tradeoffs (including NFRs and edge cases)
- Collaborate with Engineers to align on technical approach early
