Job Description
- Install, configure, support, and maintain virtual and physical server environments
- Manage network connectivity across switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi, WAN, LAN, and Internet
- Support and scale the storage environment, including SAN and NAS, with clear planning for data growth
- Maintain directory services, email platforms, and core internal applications and servers
- Monitor system capacity, performance, availability, and security across the environment
- Manage security tools and appliances, reviewing logs to confirm system and network health
