Job Description
Responsible for maintaining application systems on outsourced systems that are beyond the development stage. To ensure the daily operations of the systems of the Company are running smoothly.
- Support Project Management & Service Management on outsourced systems
Participate in the project and development of the systems.
- To provide support and implement change requests for outsourced systems to meet users’ requirements.
- Assist project management to track the project milestones and deliverables of the project. Track and follow up on the issues raised during the project phase and ensure all issues are being addressed promptly
- Ensure adequate education and knowledge transfer to business users for outsourced systems applications.
- Understanding/conducting user requirements and translate into system requirement document.
