About the Role
The System Approach to Training (SAT) Designer plays a key role in developing, reviewing and enhancing Course Training Plans (CTPs) that support formal individual training requirements. Working closely with the SAT Team Leader Design this position ensures training programs meet GHQ SAT policies and are ready for approval by the Training Management Committee (TMC). This is an excellent opportunity for a training design professional with strong instructional analysis skills and exposure to structured or military training environments.
Responsibilities- Support the SAT Team Leader in developing and updating Course Training Plans (CTPs).
- Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify training gaps and review Training Performance Statements.
