Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor company systems and processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement compliance procedures and guidelines.
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to address compliance issues.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least High School or Vocational Course in any field.
- At least two (2) years of related working experience.
- Must be proficient in both written and oral English/Filipino.
- With IATF certification is a must.
- Preferably willing to handle legal compliance requirements of the company.
- Know how to speak Japanese language is an advantage.
