Job Overview
- 1 year contract (renewal basis)
- Ang Mo Kio
- 12 Hours Rotating Shift (8AM – 8PM / 8PM – 8AM)
- Basic Salary / Up to $4,000 + Shift Allowance
- Provide 24 x 7 support for Data Center running on 12 hours shift.
- Assist the Customer in the verification, isolation, and/or provision of a temporary work around for the incident/problem logged.
- Resolve the incident/problem onsite.
- Escalate unsolvable problems and service requests to the System and/or Software Engineer and report the escalation to the Project Manager.
- Generate relevant administrative records and reports.
- Introduce and integrate new technologies into existing environments.
- Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Add, remove, or update user account information, reset passwords, etc.
