Job Description
This is a permanent full time role-and MUST be worked on site in Cranston, Rhode Island.
This role focuses on operational consistency, platform reliability, and execution of standardized workflows that support internal teams and service delivery.
This position is ideal for an information technology operations-minded professional with strong attention to detail who thrives in structured, technically demanding environments and is motivated by continuous improvement and process maturity. The person in this role will work closely with Level 2 Systems Engineers and Automation teams.
*MUST have experience with Kaseya and IT Help Desk Ticketing Systems.
Required Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in an IT support/Help Desk, systems administration, or IT operations role.
