We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Tampa, Florida, as a System Engineer for a Managed Service Provider (MSP). This position is fully onsite, offering a salary range of $60-$70K, ideally $65K.



Job Responsibilities


  • Provide remote and onsite support to clients, delivering superior customer service in various technological scenarios.

  • Monitor and provide technical support for client networks, including computers, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other specialty equipment.

  • Support Microsoft server solutions both on-premise and cloud-based, tailored to client needs.

  • Manage server-based software solutions, including Microsoft’s business product line, Azure integrations, and backup solutions.

  • Handle support tickets: open, review, resolve, manage, and close.
