Role Summary
We are seeking a LTSA (Long Term Service Agreement) Service Engineer to serve as Huawei’s on-site technical authority for our Smart String Energy Storage System (ESS) . You will be embedded at the customer’s facility, acting as the single point of contact for all technical matters under the LTSA. Your mission is to maximize system availability, ensure contractual compliance, and drive operational excellence for Huawei’s BESS solution, including battery cabinets, PCS, SACU, EMS.
Key Responsibilities 1. Operational & Technical Oversight- System Monitoring & Maintenance: Perform daily health checks, condition monitoring, and preventive maintenance on Huawei’s BESS components, including battery packs, Power Conversion Systems (PCS), Smart Array Controller Units (SACU), and thermal management systems.
