System Management Specialist – Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities- Installing, configuring, and hardening Windows Server and various Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu).
- Managing virtualization platforms like VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper‑V or Redhat.
- Executing OS‑level patching, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Troubleshooting complex system‑level performance issues.
- Administering Exchange Online and On‑premises Exchange servers.
- Configuring mail flow, transport rules, and anti‑spam/anti‑phishing policies.
- Monitoring Microsoft 365 services and license allocation.
