Job Description

Role Overview

As a System Support Analyst – SAP PM in the Asset Management department, you will deliver end-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) supportive solutions, focusing on system design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and user enablement to enhance business processes across all AngloGold Ashanti Africa sites.

Responsibilities

  • System & Technical Design: Act as the conduit between site operations and the global oneERP/Solutions team; translate functional business requirements into technical specifications for system changes.
  • UAT & Release Management: Perform unit acceptance testing in EQ1, collaborate with third-party support (Accenture), and socialise monthly system release changes with site teams.
  • Master Data & Budgeting: Drive continuous improvement of SAP PM master data to enable automation; monitor TM1 HME integration to inform accurate short-term budgeting processes.
