Role Overview
As a System Support Analyst – SAP PM in the Asset Management department, you will deliver end-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) supportive solutions, focusing on system design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and user enablement to enhance business processes across all Anglo Gold Ashanti Africa sites.
Responsibilities System & Technical Design: Act as the conduit between site operations and the global one ERP/Solutions team; translate functional business requirements into technical specifications for system changes. UAT & Release Management: Perform unit acceptance testing in EQ1, collaborate with third-party support (Accenture), and socialise monthly system release changes with site teams. Master Data & Budgeting: Drive continuous improvement of SAP PM master data to enable automation; monitor TM1 HME integration to inform accurate short-term budgeting processes.
