We're hiring a Microsoft 365 Administrator to support and optimize our collaboration and productivity environment. This role will focus on administration, security, and user support across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
+ Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
+ Manage licensing, security groups, and user access
+ Implement Conditional Access and MFA policies
+ Troubleshoot Microsoft 365-related issues
+ Support Intune and endpoint management initiatives
+ Assist with migrations and platform enhancements
Requirements
Requirements:
+ 3+ years supporting Microsoft 365 environments
+ Experience with Entra ID/Azure AD
+ Knowledge of Intune and Endpoint Manager
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
