As a Systems Administrator , you will manage the organization's servers and network infrastructure for Office‑Collaboration systems, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. You will supervise operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead deployments of enterprise applications and services.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Configure and maintain internal systems, including servers, devices, and firewall policies.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across operating systems, networks, and collaboration platforms.
- Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining and upgrading infrastructure components.
- Install, configure, and support applications such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, OKTA, PAM, and Zimbra.
