Overview:
Within Cardif corporate, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a Level 3 support position for our Windows Infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance and evolution of our Windows infrastructure.
What will you do?
- Support Ansible Tower infrastructure
- Ensure the stability and security of Centrify and Trellix solutions
- Provide regional IT support and perform infrastructure patching
- Support and monitor the Centrify solution, ensuring seamless integration with our Linux infrastructure
- Handle Level 3 incidents and requests for all European subsidiaries, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Handle infrastructure patching and provide an extensive report of this activity
What are we looking for?
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
