Are you an experienced Systems Administrator with strong Microsoft 365, security, and infrastructure skills ?
DCX is looking for a Home-Based Systems Administrator to support a growing U.S.-based company. This role goes beyond traditional helpdesk, combining Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, cloud administration, endpoint security, and infrastructure support .
You’ll play a key role in maintaining a secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environment while working closely with the Director of IT Operations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated IT issues
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Manage user lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, licensing, and access
- Configure identity & access using Active Directory and Entra ID
- Implement security controls (MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, RBAC)
