- Provide systems administration and operations support, including setting up user access, user profiles, backup and recovery, and daily computer operations.
- Perform software upgrades, apply patches, and interface with customers to ensure requested changes are implemented.
- Monitor computer workload trends and adjust resource utilization to maintain optimum performance.
- Maintain, configure, install, and support the client’s network, coordinating various systems.
