We are currently recruiting for a term Systems Administrator (12-month term) to work on‑site at our headquarters in Ottawa, Ontario. This is a newly created position.
What you will be doing…
As a Systems Administrator, first and second‑level technical support to end‑users while ensuring that incidents and service requests are prioritized, tracked, and resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs). You will play a key role in maintaining system stability, improving service delivery processes, and supporting a secure, modern IT environment.
