**Description:**
You will be the Systems Engineer Associate Manager for the F-16 & T/FA-50 System Integration and Test Team which is responsible for performing system level testing for advanced avionics on the F-16 and T/FA-50 platforms.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Systems Engineer Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of systems test engineers performing avionics system integration and test activities on a variety of F-16 and T/FA-50 platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Managing and supervising team personnel including hiring, training, performance assessments, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
+ Leading system level test engineering team with responsibility for team performance and continuous process improvement.
