Job Description
- Location: Office at Outram Road | Site will be Islandwide
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri (830am – 6pm) Willing to commit to rotational standby duties for activations outside working hours
- Salary: Basic up to $3500 + Transport $750 (car) or $400 (motorbike) or by reimbursement basis + HP by reimbursement basis
Responsibilities - Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
- Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
- Mentor a team of service team members.
- Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
- Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
