About the Role:
Williams F1 Team are embarking on an exciting new project - homegrown transmission & hydraulics systems. Our Systems Simulation team sit right at the heart of car development. These are not back-room support roles - systems simulation engineers here directly inform design decisions, shape performance targets, and have a visible hand in what ends up on the car.
We are hiring two Systems Simulation Engineers, each with a primary focus area: one centred on suspension and ride, one on fuel, hydraulics, and transmission. You don't need to be an expert in these systems yet - but an interest and relevant studies are key!
