Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage production processes in the semiconductor manufacturing area.
- Supervise and train a team of production operators on standard operating procedures and safety practices
- Ensure effective and efficient operations during shift hours to meet production targets.
- Monitor production performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of production schedules
- Maintain compliance with quality control standards and regulations.
- Document production processes and prepare reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related field.
