Job Description
The candidate will be the Test Lead for Core banking projects and responsible for test strategy & planning, automation, NFR and end-to-end testing delivery ownership.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor testing teams for functional testing, regression, automation, NFR for large Temenos T24 projects in the Private banking domain. Test planning and execution including the test design, data management, environment planning, automation, non-functional testing, regression, defect management and test closure Review and analyze Business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope and test plan. Status reporting and able to drive the defect management across multiple teams. Proactively raise issues, risks and recommend optimal solutions. Work with the BA and Dev teams to drive even the upstream software quality (Requirements, Development Solutions) Work collaboratively with various team to achieve goals. Accountable to comply towards Audit requirements.
