Job Description
- Talent Mapping & Landscape Analysis: Work closely with zonal recruitment teams to align internal talent needs with the external talent pool, ensuring hiring strategies are tailored to meet organizational requirements.
- Tracking & Progress Monitoring: Collaborate with zonal teams to monitor recruitment progress and provide ongoing updates on key metrics, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
- TA Dashboard & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain detailed dashboards to track hiring performance, sourcing strategies, and key recruitment metrics. Use data analysis to provide actionable insights and optimize recruitment processes.
- Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies in TA processes and recommend solutions to enhance TA effectiveness and employee/stakeholder/candidate experience.
