This role will coordinate recruitment activity with external partners, support the development of compensation proposals, maintain strong delivery momentum, and ensure high-quality recruitment data management
Job Requirements:-
- Lead end-to-end recruitment coordination for the India GCC
- Manage and coordinate external recruitment partners (RPOs/agencies), ensuring service delivery and performance standards
- Develop and draft compensation proposals in for approval by business stakeholders
- Drive recruitment momentum, ensuring roles progress efficiently through pipelines to meet delivery timelines
- Monitor and track recruitment activity, ensuring visibility of hiring progress and risks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, dashboards, and reporting
