👥 Experience: 8+ Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

- Lead bulk hiring operations for hospitality and food service roles

- Manage and mentor the recruitment team

- Handle end-to-end hiring for Commis 1, Commis 2 & Commis 3 roles

- Drive walk-ins, hiring drives, and stakeholder coordination

- Ensure timely closure of high-volume hiring requirements

✅ Preferred Experience:

- Hospitality / Hotel / Food Service hiring

- Strong bulk hiring exposure

- Team handling experience is mandatory

- Good stakeholder and vendor management skills
