👥 Experience: 8+ Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead bulk hiring operations for hospitality and food service roles

• Manage and mentor the recruitment team

• Handle end-to-end hiring for Commis 1, Commis 2 & Commis 3 roles

• Drive walk-ins, hiring drives, and stakeholder coordination

• Ensure timely closure of high-volume hiring requirements

✅ Preferred Experience:

• Hospitality / Hotel / Food Service hiring

• Strong bulk hiring exposure

• Team handling experience is mandatory

• Good stakeholder and vendor management skills
