Job Description
The major areas of responsibility will be leading the recruitment teams in Argentina and Mexico and finding and hiring great engineers.
Responsibilities
- Validating all the open positions & first intake meeting with respective managers;
- Tracking recruitment team productivity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
- Participating in creating/updating recruitment-related processes, procedures, and guidelines;
- Providing all necessary information on resources, salaries, and availability of candidates on the market;
- Ensuring satisfaction and motivation of the recruitment team;
- Making sure that the team members follow all Grid Dynamics guidelines, agreements, and processes;
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers;
- Work with hiring managers and interviewers;
- Coordinate and communicate with staffing agencies/freelancers;
