Job Description

Typical Accountabilities

  • Manages teams supporting the oncology brand strategy, ensuring effective collaboration between the Field Medical Liaison Team, internal cross functional teams, and external stakeholders
  • Potentially oversees clinical trials and/or patient safety activities
  • Ensures that all work is complaint with AstraZeneca standards and external regulation
  • Maintains relationships with healthcare professionals and other external stakeholders to develop a better understanding of their information needs and respond accordingly
  • Provides scientific consultancy to support key meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversees and delivers education workshops with the local community and medical groups as required
