**Position Description & Qualifications**
The Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) program is a cornerstone of the U.S. Army’s modernization and lethality mission. Operating under the Program Executive Office (PEO) Missiles and Space, TAGM is responsible for delivering and sustaining some of the Army’s most critical weapon systems. From advanced precision-guided missiles to legacy rocket systems, TAGM oversees the entire lifecycle of these capabilities—ensuring they are reliable, effective, and ready for deployment whenever and wherever needed.TAGM’s portfolio includes a wide range of systems such as the Joint Air-to-Ground Missile (JAGM), Hellfire, Javelin, TOW, and various guided and unguided rocket systems. The program integrates engineering, acquisition, testing, logistics, and sustainment functions to provide a seamless pipeline from concept development to field support.
