Job Description

Job Title: Civil Engineer

Company: Express Employment Professionals SA Head Office

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa

Salary: R 630 000 - R 819 000 P/A

Profile

Applicants must have the following requirements:

  1. Must have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. Must have 4 - 7 years of experience in tailings engineering.
  3. Registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer would be advantageous.
  4. Must have knowledge of soil mechanics.
  5. Must have experience in CPTu testing and interpretation, slope stability, seepage analysis, and FEM software like Geostudio.
  6. Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D or ModelMaker software.
  7. Experience in geotechnical engineering would be advantageous.
  8. Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
