Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement Partner retention strategies per the Company’s overall strategy to enhance loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
- Act as the main contact for Partners, fostering strong relationships through personalized support.
- Monitor Partner satisfaction, gather and utilize relevant feedback to improve experiences and tailor initiatives accordingly.
- Analyze Partner behavior to uncover opportunities for upselling and customization of products and services.
- Stay up to date on Company products and marketing promotions and communicate them effectively to Partners.
