As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping a great recruitment experience across One NZ, helping connect talented people with opportunities that make a real difference. Working closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers, you will help keep recruitment moving smoothly, support great candidate care, and contribute to a high‑performing, collaborative talent function.
