You will partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to meet immediate hiring needs across experienced roles while building a strong, future‑ready pipeline through internships and graduate programmes. This role bridges talent acquisition delivery with early talent strategy to ensure sustainable workforce growth aligned with business priorities and diversity ambitions.
Strategic Talent Partnering
- Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring plans
- Provide market insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and hiring trends in Malaysia
