- Execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract a diverse, skilled, and high‑calibre talent pool.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and develop targeted hiring plans.
- Source candidates using multiple channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding processes)
