Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Hybrid (On-site in Makati 3–4 times per month)
Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles. This position supports multiple functions and leadership needs while ensuring timely and quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to hiring
- Source and screen candidates for TSR, CSR, Medical, IT, and leadership/support roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
