Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment
channels.
• Learn and understand the job descriptions and hiring requirements of assigned roles
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Prepare candidate profiles and endorsement reports
• Assist in managing client requirements and recruitment timelines
• Support end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with recruitment experience
