About the role
This role plays a critical part in enabling our operations by ensuring timely and efficient hiring of frontline workforce within Contract Logistics. The Talent Acquisition Associate / Specialist partners closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-volume recruitment solutions in a fast‑paced logistics environment. This role will be based in Bulim Avenue, Singapore.
Key responsibilities- Partner closely with hiring managers and People Partners to translate manpower plans into actionable hiring strategies and timelines
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume, blue‑collar roles
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, referrals, agencies, walk‑ins, and community outreach
- Conduct initial screenings to assess suitability including physical requirements, shift flexibility, and role fit
