In this role, you will support the implementation of the Emiratisation strategies of EGA to ensure objectives related to the acquisition and development of UAE Nationals are met.
Day-to-day Operations- Identifies development needs of Nationals (Graduate Trainees, National Trainees (NT) Admin or others who are in target areas after completing training programmes).
- Ensure training programmes are meeting the identified needs for Graduate Trainees and NT.
- Responsible for assigned courses and coordinates with specific national trainees at various levels.
- Ensures that the training is carried out to achieve levels of competence set by target departments in accordance with current job requirements as well as future development plans.
