Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and arranging candidate interviews with hiring managers for all assigned positions.
- Obtain and authenticate the necessary documents from selected candidates and their respective business units.
