The Coordinator, Talent Acquisition assists in the hiring process through the successful pre-boarding of our external candidates & internal transfers by focusing on compliance, candidate experience, & on-time starts. Provides clear communication to candidates about the expectations, timeline, & process getting from offer to start date. Ensures compliance by collecting required pre-hire contingency documents including, but not limited to, background check, employment verification, education verification, I-9 verification, license/certifications verification, or fingerprinting as required by the job description. Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System to transition the candidate forward to hire & ensure accuracy of the employee profile, including adding licenses & years of experience dates. Ensures the personnel file is complete, documents are stored securely, & files are ready for all regulatory audits. ...
