The Talent Acquisition Executive will own the end-to-end recruitment process - from role definition and sourcing to offer management and pre-onboarding. You'll work closely with hiring managers, department leads, and the HR team to fill roles efficiently and within defined timelines. You'll also leverage AI tools and automation to keep our hiring process modern, data-driven, and candidate-friendly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands‑on end‑to‑end recruitment experience in a services‑based software house
- Proven ability to manage multiple current roles under tight timelines
- Prior experience with ATS platforms
