Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for various roles across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Sourcing and Talent Mapping: Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source candidates and build a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Job Posting and Advertisement: Write and post clear, concise, and engaging job descriptions on appropriate platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
