What Will You Do?
As the Talent Acquisition Executive , you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring quality talent to meet the company's hiring requirements, particularly for contact center programs and other roles, including potential hires in the Philippines.
- Defining job requirements in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure accurate role specifications.
- Developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screening and qualifying resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for further consideration.
- Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Administering approved tests and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
