Responsibilities- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Conduct reference checks to verify candidates' qualifications and experiences.
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have the necessary resources.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate documentation of all recruitment activities.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labour laws and company policies.
