Job Title: HR Intern
Duration: 6 Months
Monthly CTC: R5,600 + Commission per successful placement
Qualifications:
BCom Degree with a major in Human Resources from the University of KwaZulu-Natal or Varsity College .
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes:
- Draft and publish job advertisements.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist applicants.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial screening calls when necessary.
- Conduct reference checks and compile feedback.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Draft and prepare HR documentation (offer letters, contracts, etc.).
- Update and manage the internal CRM system.
