As a Talent Acquisition Intern at IIDE, you will support the HR team in executing hiring for other critical roles. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing candidates to onboarding—while building skills in stakeholder management, communication, and data handling. What You’ll Do
Assist in recruitment by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for Sales and other roles.
Conduct high-volume telephonic screenings daily.
Support HR interviews, candidate shortlisting, and documentation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain recruitment data in Google Sheets/Excel or ATS and prepare weekly hiring reports.
