The Talent Acquisition Intern will support end-to-end recruitment operations, focusing on candidate screening and profiling to aid the selection process.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements.
- Profiling initial and behavioral interviews and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager.
- Overseeing the scheduling of department interviews with the appropriate hiring manager.
- Facilitating a smooth internal hiring process.
- Encoding necessary information into the system accurately and timely.
- Supporting the entire team in meeting hiring targets.
