Our Clients is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR / L&D Focus) based in the Philippines, Metro Manila. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting learning and development initiatives. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, and have experience in recruitment and HR. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success. The position is onsite and follows a Monday to Friday schedule.
