- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery and support broader hiring programs ensuring quality of hire speed and candidate experience are consistently high.
- Drive a metrics-led recruitment culture tracking performance against KPIs such as time-to-fill offer acceptance rates and requisition aging.
- Lead weekly hiring reviews with stakeholders presenting progress risks and solutions to ensure delivery targets are met.
- Ensure all requisitions are opened managed and closed in a timely and compliant manner across programs.
